WhatsApp Communities
Connect with people who understand what you're going through. Our private WhatsApp Communities offer a safe, supportive space to ask questions, share experiences and connect with others affected by testicular, ovarian and germ cell cancers.
What are our WhatsApp Communities?
Private, moderated WhatsApp groups where people affected by testicular, ovarian and germ cell cancers support each other — run by our Community Lead.
Who are they for?
Testicular Cancer Thrivers, Ovarian Cancer Thrivers, and the friends and family members supporting them. Whichever describes you, there is a group that gets it.
What can I expect?
Friendly conversations, shared experiences, practical advice, and support from people who genuinely understand what you are going through.
Is it private?
Yes — the groups are closed, moderated and respectful. What is shared in the group stays in the group, and you can leave whenever you wish.
At 2am when the worry hit, there was always someone in the group who understood. You can't put a price on that.

Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone affected by testicular, ovarian or germ cell cancer — whether you've been diagnosed, finished treatment years ago, or are supporting someone you love. There's a dedicated Friends & Family group too.
The groups are closed and moderated by our Community Lead. What's shared in the group stays in the group — members join on that understanding, and anyone who breaks it is removed.
Not at all. Plenty of members simply read along, and that's absolutely fine. Share when you're ready — or never. There's no pressure either way.
Of course — you can leave at any time, no questions asked, and rejoin later if you change your mind. Just ask our Community Lead for a new invite.
No — our communities offer peer support from people who understand, but they're not medical or mental health services. For professional support, see our Trusted Organisations page or speak to your care team.
