It's part of our mission to reach more young people with life-saving awareness about the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer. Take the time today to recognise these symptoms, educate someone in your life or even share this blog. Even these small actions can help us save lives.

It's important to check your testicles once a month to notice any unusual changes, the best time being after or during a warm shower. Check your testicles and gently feel for any:

✅️ Lumps

✅️ Hardness

✅️ Heaviness

✅️ Swelling

✅️ Pain

We've put together this handy video to show you exactly how to check your balls, if you're not sure or have never checked before, now is a great time to start! Use the video as a guide and get checking regularly to protect your health.

It only takes a few minutes. If you notice anything unusual, book an appointment with your GP. Remember, if in doubt, always get checked out!
