Take part throughout November (which is Men's Health Awareness Month!) and join us in raising awareness of testicular cancer. By taking part, you’ll be helping The Robin Cancer Trust reach more young people with life-saving awareness, education, and support.

Simply run or walk 10K, 50k or 100k and complete the distance by running or walking, either indoors or outdoors, in one session or over multiple sessions.

Once you have completed the challenge, we will send your bespoke medal out to you!
